Our Pickup & Delivery process

Give us a call to arrange details. We will ask for your basic information and the address. Then we will create an account for you in our system.

Clothes picked up on set date
Upon receiving your payment, we'll give you an estimated time frame to pick up your order. You'll also receive a notification via text when we are on our way!

Billing Details
Once your account has been created, we will ask for a credit card information to be saved on your account for quick payments and for future orders.

Professional Care, Delivered to your Door
After your clothes has been picked up, we will create a ticket for the order and the items will be processed for cleaning and press. Your clothes will be neatly packed with care and brought to your address on the agreed time for delivery.
